Different Count of VCPU In vm.cfg And The Output Of "xm list" (Doc ID 2477214.1)

Symptoms

The vm.cfg shows 6 virtual cpu are configured for the virtual machine.

# cat vm.cfg|grep vcpu
maxvcpus = 6
vcpus = 6
 

However, the output of the following command only shows one vcpu.

# xm list
