With re-installed or regenerated Database in Oracle VM Manager 3.4.5, discover an Oracle VM server version 3.2.x failes with error:

Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: urlgrabber.grabber.URLGrabError:[Errno 14] problem making ssl connection

Same error can also be seen with newly upgraded Oracle VM Manager 3.4.5 managing Oracle VM server 3.2.x.
