[PCA/OVM] Compute Node (dom0) Reports "swiotlb buffer is full" (Doc ID 2483637.1)

Symptoms

The symptom is system log keep reporting "swiotlb buffer is full".

Aug 13 07:22:03 ovcacn07r1 kernel: [2607043.410267] mlx4_core 0000:13:00.0: swiotlb buffer is full

Increase kernel option "swiotlb" per Doc ID 2324886.1 may mitigate the issue, but same messages could be seen after some time.
