Symptoms
Windows Servers runningon Oracle VM Server platform are being impacted with BSOD (Blue Screen Of Dead) frequently which requires the Virtual Machine to be rebooted to recover.
The error that is received on BSOD is:
PC ran into problem and needs to restart. error Driver_IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL (xenvbd.sys)
Changes
This issue can been seen after Windows PV driver is upgraded from 3.4.1 to 3.4.3.
