RHCK 6.9 server getting kernel panic with RIP [<ffffffff81560f2e>] retint_userspace_restore_args+0x56/0xd3 (Doc ID 2491644.1)

Symptoms

A RHEL 6.9 VM  with Kernel 2.6.32-754.2.1.el6.x86_64  on an OVM host went into kernel panic mode . The VM migrated to the another Server in the OVM pool, after which when starting  VM is throwing error "kernel Panic" as below .
