Identify a dev/xvdx disk using Xen Virtual Block Device identifier xen-vbd-xxxxx

During O/S installation, XEN Virtual Block Devices added to the VM will be named using the "xen-vbd-NNNNN" format:

To select a specific disk with "/dev/xvdx" mapping format the corresponding XEN Virtual Block Device must be identified given the "xen-vbd-NNNNN" nomenclature.
