Oracle VM: VM of Oracle Linux 7.5 Crashes Repeatedly After Upgrade To 3.4.5 (Doc ID 2494321.1)

After upgrading the Oracle VM Server to 3.4.5 and the Oracle Linux VM to 7.5, the VM begins to crash.

The Oracle VM Server shows the following message:
