Spacewalk: Failed to Authenticate to Spacewalk UI using PAM ID when SElinux is Set to Enforcing Mode (Doc ID 2506962.1)

Symptoms

Unable to authenticate to Spacewalk UI using PAM ID when SElinux is set to enforcing mode.

/var/log/message log file will show messages similar to below:
Oct 3 16:12:47 <HOSTNAME> [2947]: 2018-10-03 16:12:47,381 [ajp-bio-127.0.0.1-8009-exec-13] WARN
com.redhat.rhn.domain.user.legacy.UserImpl - PAM login for user User spacewalk.admin (id 102, org_id 1) failed with error System error. 
/var/log/secure log file will show permission denied message:
java[23058]: PAM audit_log_acct_message() failed: Permission denied and also below message.
