[PCA 2.x] Virtual Machines Lose Network Communication After Infiniband Switch Outage on Compute Node (Doc ID 2518047.1)

Symptoms

After service outage on an Infiniband switch (ovcasw19r1 or ovcasw20r1), Virtual machines on certain Compute nodes lose external network communication. Moving or migrating these virtual machines on other compute nodes appear to restore external network communication.

Changes

Outage or hang on either Infiniband switch (ovcasw19r1 or ovcasw20r1).
