OracleVM: OVM Server Suffers Out-Of-Memory (OOM) Crash (Doc ID 2521128.1)

Symptoms

OVM 3.4.5 server crashed all VM´s and Shows "python invoked oom-killer" entries in the /var/log/messages file.
