Unable To Generate Vmcore on HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Oracle VM Server (Doc ID 2525568.1)

Symptoms

The kdump hangs when run on HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Oracle VM Server. Customer is unable to generate core dump even if kdump is enabled by following steps in How to Configure 'kdump' for Oracle VM 3.4.x (Doc ID 2142488.1)
