Symptoms
When logged in as oracle user in a putty session directly the ulimits set for oracle user does not show the correct values set as per /etc/security/limits.conf file when verified using "ulimit -a"
but when logged as other user and do #sudo su - oracle, correct values are displayed as per /etc/security/limits.conf file
