Several i686 Packages Cannot be Installed onto x86-64 System (Doc ID 2532123.1)

Symptoms

 Several i686 packages cannot be installed onto x86-64 system with the following error messages, even if same version of x86-64 package has been installed.

# rpm -q libstdc++
libstdc++-4.8.5-11.el7.x86_64
#
# rpm -Uvh libstdc++-4.8.5-11.el7.i686.rpm
warning: libstdc++-4.8.5-11.el7.i686.rpm: Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID f4a80eb5: NOKEY

Changes

 This system *was* non-Oracle Linux(ex. RHEL/CentOS) but it has been changed to Oracle Linux by switching yum repository.
