Oracle VM: Network Packet From DomU Would Delay 30ms On Dom0 (Doc ID 2535485.1)

Symptoms

 Network packet from DomU would delay 30ms on Dom0 occasionally.

 For example, following shows that DomU sends a packet to Dom0 on 12:23:05:385107, but Dom0 receives and send it to NFS Server on 12:23:05.415123(delay of 30ms).
