Symptoms

Reprovision Comoute Node failed with 

[2019-04-17 17:02:54 84589] ERROR (utils:145) Error running discover server. ILOM MAC: 00:10:e0:e8:ed:11. Marking node as dead.
[2019-04-17 17:02:54 84589] DEBUG (nodestateserver:913) DEAD node: ilom 00:10:e0:e8:ed:11. Last good state: initializing_stage_discover_server
