Symptoms

After a failed upgrade of a management node of a PCA system, attempting to re-run the upgrade fails.

The ovm-manager-3-install-yyyy-mm-dd-hhmmss.log has errors such as:

And/or "objectNotFound" messages

The OVMM Manager Database was rebuilt as per Doc ID 2657826.1 but the issue still persists
