An Oracle Linux OS running with  "cpupower idle-info" command but throwing messages "CPUidle driver: none" and "CPU 0: No idle states"

# cpupower idle-info
CPUidle driver: none
CPUidle governor: menu
analyzing CPU 0:
CPU 0: No idle states  

Please note, from the command "cpupower idle-info" with the output "CPU 0: No idle states", indicates HW (Hardware) related issue. Normally, it should have Available idle states [e.g. Available idle states: POLL C1-IVB C1E-IVB C3-IVB C6-IVB (Xeon CPU E3-1245 V2)]
