Symptoms

After upgrading ExaData software to 19.1.0.0.0 or above, passwd can no longer change user passwords for any user, returning "Authentication token manipulation error" immediately.

Changes

Upgrade ExaData software to 19.1.0.0.0 or above, which effectively upgrades the OS from OL6.x to OL7.x.
