DLM: "Uncontrolled lockspace exists, system must reboot. Executing suicide fencing" in Corosync/Pacemaker (Doc ID 2563656.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to stop a Corosync/Pacemanker cluster node with "pcs cluster stop" fail, so the node was terminated with "pcs cluster kill".

After a restart the node fail to rejoin the cluster.

The other cluster node have the following error in /var/log/messages:

Jun 28 07:13:56 <NODE2> controld(dlm)[21867]: ERROR: DLM status is: wait fencing
Jun 28 07:13:56 <NODE2> controld(dlm)[21867]: ERROR: Uncontrolled lockspace exists, system must reboot. Executing suicide fencing
