Symptoms

Jul 2 15:12:15 OVS0 kernel: [ 1238.514938] o2net: Connection to node OVS0 (num 0) at X.X.X.X:7777 shutdown, state 7
Jul 2 15:12:18 OVS0 kernel: [ 1241.521067] o2net: Connection to node OVS0 (num 0) at X.X.X.X:7777 shutdown, state 7
Jul 2 15:12:21 OVS0 kernel: [ 1244.527212] o2net: Connection to node OVS0 (num 0) at X.X.X.X:7777 shutdown, state 7
Jul 2 15:12:21 OVS0 kernel: [ 1245.414177] o2net: No connection established with node 0 after 60.0 seconds, check network and cluster configuration.

// Port 7777 is working locally in an OVS Server already inside the cluster(in case there is one)
# nc -v </dev/null X.X.X.X 7777
Connection to X.X.X.X 7777 port [tcp/cbt] succeeded!

//Non-Working OVS Server is not able to connect to the port 7777 in a working OVS Server(already in the cluster).
# nc -v </dev/null "X.X.X.X" 7777
nc: connect to X.X.X.X port 7777 (tcp) failed: No route to host
