Unable to Attach Virtual Disk In Oracle Virtual Manager (Doc ID 2568514.1)

Adding a Virtual Disk to a VM using Oracle VM manager return the following error:

OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: configure_vm to server: <hostname> failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: <SERVER_IP>.
