System Got Stuck at Dracut: Switching Root (Doc ID 2572422.1)

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 6.0 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [2.6.32] and later
Linux x86

Symptoms

System got hung at below error while booting:

ILOM Console Logs:

dracut: Mounted root filesystem /dev/mapper/VGExaDb-LVDbSys1
dracut: Loading SELinux policy
dracut: SELinux: Could not open policy file <= /etc/selinux/targeted/policy/policy.26: No such file or directory
No such file or directory
dracut: Switching root

Note: Generally above console logs will not shows later system progressed logs, if they configured serial console

Serial Console Logs: (via SSH)

dracut: Mounted root filesystem /dev/mapper/VGExaDb-LVDbSys1
dracut: Loading SELinux policy
dracut: SELinux: Could not open policy file <= /etc/selinux/targeted/policy/policy.26: No such file or directory
No such file or directory
dracut: Switching root

Note: In this case both the ILOM console and serial console says the same logs
