Goal
Disable or extend the logging rate limitation feature on Oracle Linux 7.X:
Oracle Linux usually uses rsyslogd(8) rate-limit mechanism. However, OL7.X comes with systemd(8) journal integrated to provide the ability to import structured log messages from systemd(8) journal to syslog(8).
The journal messages on the system's /var/log/messages file looks like in the following example:
