Symptoms
On OLVM, the newly created Windows Server 2012 R2 VM with newly provisioned Hard Disk (either Disk Image and Direct LUN) are not able to detect by Windows Server 2012 R2 Guest OS on iSCSI-Domain and NFS-Domain Storage. The IDE Interface is also not recognize by Windows Server 2012 R2 Guest OS.
Changes
Newly created Windows Server 2012 R2 Guest VM with newly provisioned Hard Disk (either Disk image or Direct LUN) from Storage Domain.
