Goal

How to Create a tmpfs Special Filesystem. 

Note:
  •  tmpfs are not really used as filesystems, but just take advantage of the filesystem abstraction. 
  •  Applications can do I/O on a tmpfs
  •  tmpfs functions reside purely in memory.
