Oracle Linux: "Rhn-plugin: Error Communicating with Server. The Message Was: Timed Out" (Doc ID 2585101.1)

Symptoms

Unable to sync packages from ULN server, While executing yum repolist or yum update getting below errors on local yum server

# yum repolist
Loaded plugins: rhnplugin
There was an error communicating with RHN.
Spacewalk support will be disabled.
rhn-plugin: Error communicating with server. The message was: timed out

The sametime executing below ULN sync command getting below error:   

# uln-yum-mirror
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 14, in <module>
AttributeError: 'timeout' object has no attribute 'faultString'

Changes

This server registered with spacewalk server and then migrated or subscirbed to ULN server for setting up local yum server
