Oracle VM NFS Storage Outage Causes High I/O Wait Times and D-State Processes (Doc ID 2588066.1)

Symptoms

NFS Client in Oracle Linux 7x VM with high I/O wait times in all NFS mount points.
High I/O wait time observed in sar and oswatcher during and after the NFS Storage outage.
