'kswapd' Having High CPU Utilization Even Though Plenty of Free Memory is Available (Doc ID 2588818.1)

Symptoms

It is observed that kswapd process is using lots of CPU cycles and main user application is running very slowly though there is plenty of free memory in Oracle Linux 6.
