OLVM: Export of VM as OVA fails with "HSMGetAllTasksStatusesVDS, error = Volume Group not big enough" (Doc ID 2604616.1)

Symptoms

Exporting VM as OVA on a host by mentioning the path where the OVA file is going to get stored fails even though the path mentioned has sufficient space with below error:

VDSM HostX command HSMGetAllTasksStatusesVDS failed: Volume Group not big enough: (u'Not enough free extents for extending LV fe1809a5-842f-4196-b4c4-be054295/65f926c0-e5ac-43c8-bc1a-822bc2e7b6b6 (free=46, needed=63)',)
