[PCA] Upgrading Compute Node Failed with Error "an upgrade in progress" (Doc ID 2612157.1)

Symptoms

Upgrading a Compute Node failed at the very beginning.

/var/log/ovca.log on active Management Node shows the following error:

STDOUT: Argument reponame is not provided, configuring all existing yum repos...
