Symptoms
When starting a Windows 10 VM in OLVM the boot fails with the following message:
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
Changes
- Oracle VirtIO drivers were installed in the Windows VM
- The VM boot disk was changed from IDE to VirtIO-SCSI in OLVM
