Symptoms

 In AdminServer.log the below error is seen:

  <BEA-000627> <Reached maximum capacity of pool "ovm-jpa-ds", making "0" new resource instances instead of "1".>

Caused By: Exception [EclipseLink-4002] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 2.5.2.v20140319-9ad6abd): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.DatabaseException
Internal Exception: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool ovm-jpa-ds to allocate to applications,
Please increase the size of the pool and retry..
