Oracle Linux: SSHD Error "Could not load host key: /etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key" on Exadata Database Server (Doc ID 2617624.1)

Goal

On Exadata Database Server, the sshd error message like below is repeatedly recorded in the messages log, showing that "error: Could not load host key: /etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key".  This is most likely displayed after upgrading the Exadata Storage Server software.
