[PCA 2.x] Upgrade Fails with Error "failure while attempting to run dbrev_fixup on ovcamnXXr1" (Doc ID 2618315.1)

Symptoms

The upgrade fails during the execution of the pca_upgrader dbre_fixup script.

The error message seems to indicate a timeout :
