Oracle VM: Unable to Login to GUI After OVMM Upgrade to 3.4.6 When Using Custom CA Certificates (Doc ID 2629033.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading OVM environment to 3.4.6, unable to login to OVM manager GUI 

Below errors seen in AdminServer.log
