[PCA 2.x] Virtual Machine (VM) does not startup due to "locked" status (Doc ID 2629166.1)

Symptoms

1. You are unable to startup a Virtual Machine (VM) from the OVM Manager web interface GUI.

For example, the AdminServer.log from the Active Management Node shows:

Note the following fields from the output above:

"Status = "
"Server = "
"Locked = "

If the field "Status = Stopped", then there is a stale lock.
If the field "Locked = true", then VM is in a locked state.
The "Server = " should show the last CN (Compute Node) the VM was running on.
