Oracle VM: DomU/Guest VM Server Isn't Seeing The Correct LVM Volume Size

Symptoms
An Oracle Linux running as DomU/Guest VM is not seeing the correct LVM Volume size.
Further details found below:
1. The volume shows as 500GB in pvscan, but 200GB in lvmdiskscan.

2. From /var/log/messages:
