Oracle Linux 6 - Reboots without any Panic or OS Errors and only has normal Process Exit (Doc ID 2633530.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Linux 6 server reboots unexpectedly with no sign of kernel panic or other OS errors and it will report normal process exit at the reboot sequence.
