Symptoms

Seeing the following error message 

[3338427.098679] iSCSI/iqn.xxxx-xx.com.oracle:xxx.xxx.xx.x: Unsupported SCSI Opcode 0x4d, sending CHECK_CONDITION. 
[3338427.098710] iSCSI/iqn.xxxx-xx.com.oracle:xxx.xxx.xx.x: Unsupported SCSI Opcode 0x4d, sending CHECK_CONDITION.
[3338427.124708] iSCSI/iqn.xxxx-xx.com.oracle:xxx.xxx.xx.x: Unsupported SCSI Opcode 0x4d, sending CHECK_CONDITION.
