Symptoms
On : Oracle Linux 7.7 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [4.14.35] version, KVM
After Removing Logical volume in KVM guest and rebooting it, the KVM would not boot.
Ping and ssh to KVM guest fails.
Changes
Removed VG and LV.
