Symptoms
A Kickstart install will fail when trying to install the following Operation Systems
- Oracle Linux 6 ( earlier than update level 8 )
- Oracle Linux 7 ( earlier than update level 2 )
and the repository server, mostly apache, ues TLS 1.2 or above only.
The configuration of the repository server may look like
in the "append" line on your pxe server.
All results in a failure to install all or parts of the intended packages
