Symptoms

When executing any dnf or yum commands on Oracle Linux version 8 servers, receiving the following errors:

[root@ol8 ~]# yum check
This system is receiving updates from ULN.
Modular dependency problems:

Problem 1: conflicting requests
- nothing provides module(perl:5.26) needed by module perl-DBD-SQLite:1.58:8010020190322125518:6bc6cad6-0.x86_64
Problem 2: conflicting requests
- nothing provides module(perl:5.26) needed by module perl-DBI:1.641:8010020190322130042:fbe42456-0.x86_64
[root@ol8 ~]#

The version of Perl is version='5.26.3'
