Oracle Linux: Not Able to Communicate with Servers in Same Network "Destination Host Unreachable" Using Bond Interface (Doc ID 2651155.1)

Symptoms

These are the scenario details. 

bondeth0 -- Using 2 interfaces eth0 and eth1 with active-backup mode. eth0 is active interface.
bondeth1 -- Using 2 interfaces eth2 and eth3 with active-backup mode. eth3 is active interface.

bondeth0 -- 192.168.x.z/22
bondeth1 -- 192.168.yy.zz/27

When trying to ping IP address 192.168.yy.xz/27, receiving "Destination Host Unreachable" error.

root# ping 192.168.yy.xz
PING 192.168.yy.xz (192.168.yy.xz) 56(84) bytes of data.
From 192.168.yy.zz icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable
From 192.168.yy.zz icmp_seq=2 Destination Host Unreachable
From 192.168.yy.zz icmp_seq=3 Destination Host Unreachable
From 192.168.yy.zz icmp_seq=4 Destination Host Unreachable
