[PCA 2.x] Remove Last Compute Node from Tenant Group Fails with "There are still OCFS2 file systems" (Doc ID 2653515.1)

Symptoms

In a scenario that a custom tenant group is created and it has been associated with shared repositories.

When removing Compute Nodes from the custom tenant group, there are no issues until the last Compute Node.

When deleting the last Compute Node, even if the repository has been unpresented beforehand, the operation will fail with an error "there are still ocfs2 filesystems in the pool".
