Spacewalk: Client not able to Update Packages due to Yum Version Lock (Doc ID 2654375.1)

Symptoms

Spacewalk client is successfully subscribed to Spacewalk server but not able to receive package updates and yum repolist shows error message "Excluding 314 updates due to versionlock"

# yum repolist
