Oracle VM: SCSI Errors Reported in System Log if Delete LUN Directly on Storage Server (Doc ID 2655562.1)

Symptoms

Below errors with many block devices seen in Oracle VM Server system log, after deleting LUN directly on Storage Server without same operation on Oracle VM Manager Web console in advance:
sd 9:0:0:3: [sdi] Result: hostbyte=invalid driverbyte=DRIVER_SENSE
sd 9:0:0:3: [sdi] Sense Key : Illegal Request [current]
sd 9:0:0:3: [sdi] Add. Sense: Logical block address out of range
sd 9:0:0:3: [sdi] CDB: Read(10): 28 00 3e 80 04 80 00 00 08 00
end_request: critical target error, dev sdi, sector 1048577152

Warning/Error with the Physical Disks on Oracle VM Manager Web console is also expected.
