OLVM: Virtual Machine Console Is Not Working In Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (Doc ID 2664510.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager, the client user can't connect to Virtual Machine Console through Native client (e.g. virt-viewer) and HTML/noVNC option.

The system is currently experiencing the following error:
