Symptoms

Server experienced hung state when starting sshd.service.

No error messages captured on /var/log/messages*

# systemctl status sshd
● sshd.service - OpenSSH server daemon
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/sshd.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)
Active: inactive (dead)

Changes

 The server has been migrated from Google Cloud to Oracle Private Cloud Appliance.
