OLVM: How to Set KVM Host Status in Maintaince in PostSQL Engine Database (Doc ID 2666056.1)

Goal

To remove a defunct host from OLVM Engine, you first have to follow Doc ID 2540819.1 steps. If confirming "the host has been rebooted" has no effect and the KVM host is still stuck in preparing for maintenance mode, then you can follow this document steps to remove the host entirely from the back-end OLVM engine database.
