Exadata Sendmail doesn’t send Emails after Exadata Upgrade from 18(Linux 6) to 19 (Linux 7) (Doc ID 2667908.1)

Symptoms

Customer is unable to send mail from server after Exadata upgrade from 18 to 19

Below logs is observed in messages file

May 7 12:03:26 <hostname> sendmail[304038]: ruleset=tls_server, arg1=SOFTWARE, relay=relay@server.com, reject=403 4.7.0 TLS handshake failed.
May 7 12:03:28 <hostname> sendmail[304038]: 047G3IhP304036: to=<test@email.com>, ctladdr=<xyz@hostname.com> (511/511), 
delay=00:00:10, xdelay=00:00:10, mailer=esmtp, pri=120498, relay=mail.relay.com., dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: 403 4.7.0 TLS handshake failed.

Changes

In-place upgrade from Ol6 to OL7.
